Global Supplier Code of Conduct

At Aimpeoved.com ("Company"), we are committed to conducting business with integrity, respect for human rights, and adherence to ethical standards. We recognize that our suppliers play a crucial role in our supply chain and share responsibility for upholding these principles. Therefore, we have established this Global Supplier Code of Conduct to outline our expectations and requirements for all suppliers and their subcontractors.

1. Legal Compliance:

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and international standards governing their operations, including but not limited to labor laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and anti-corruption laws.

2. Ethical Business Practices:

Suppliers are expected to conduct business with honesty, integrity, and transparency. This includes:

  • Avoiding any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical influence in business dealings.

  • Maintaining accurate records and financial reporting practices.

  • Respecting intellectual property rights and safeguarding confidential information.

3. Labor Standards:

We are committed to upholding fundamental labor rights and promoting fair and safe working conditions throughout our supply chain. Suppliers must adhere to the following principles:

  • Prohibition of forced labor, including bonded labor, involuntary prison labor, and human trafficking.

  • Prohibition of child labor, in accordance with the International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention on the Minimum Age for Employment.

  • Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

  • Provision of fair wages and benefits that comply with applicable laws and industry standards.

  • Maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards.

4. Human Rights:

Suppliers must respect and support the protection of human rights as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international standards. This includes:

  • Non-discrimination in employment practices based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.

  • Respect for the dignity and privacy of all individuals, including the prevention of harassment, abuse, or discrimination.

  • Recognition and protection of indigenous rights and cultural heritage where applicable.

5. Environmental Stewardship:

We are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and products. Suppliers must demonstrate environmental responsibility by:

  • Complying with environmental laws and regulations, including those related to waste management, pollution prevention, and resource conservation.

  • Implementing sustainable practices to minimize energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and other environmental pollutants.

  • Promoting the use of renewable resources, recycling, and eco-friendly materials whenever feasible.

 

6. Supply Chain Responsibility:

Suppliers are expected to extend these principles to their own supply chains, including subcontractors and other business partners. This includes:

  • Communicating this Code of Conduct to all relevant parties and ensuring their compliance.

  • Conducting due diligence to identify and address potential risks related to human rights violations, labor abuses, environmental harm, and unethical practices within the supply chain.

  • Collaborating with the Company to address any issues or concerns related to non-compliance with this Code of Conduct.

 

7. Reporting and Monitoring:

Suppliers must establish mechanisms for reporting violations of this Code of Conduct and addressing grievances from employees, subcontractors, or other stakeholders. The Company reserves the right to conduct audits, assessments, and inspections to monitor compliance with this Code of Conduct.

 

8. Compliance Verification and Consequences:

Failure to comply with this Global Supplier Code of Conduct may result in corrective actions, termination of contracts, or other appropriate measures as determined by the Company. Suppliers are expected to cooperate fully with any investigations or remedial actions initiated by the Company.

 

9. Commitment to Continuous Improvement:

We recognize that achieving and maintaining compliance with this Code of Conduct is an ongoing process. Suppliers are encouraged to continuously evaluate and improve their practices to align with the principles outlined herein.
