Failure to comply with this Global Supplier Code of Conduct may result in corrective actions, termination of contracts, or other appropriate measures as determined by the Company. Suppliers are expected to cooperate fully with any investigations or remedial actions initiated by the Company.

We recognize that achieving and maintaining compliance with this Code of Conduct is an ongoing process. Suppliers are encouraged to continuously evaluate and improve their practices to align with the principles outlined herein.
